I donât know if they always offered this but apparently if you book with your advisor (or as a group) itâs buy 2 get 1 free. Has anything taken advantage of that? I never knew it was an option.

In that weâre loosing a week worth of testing it in PILOT. We get 26.1 May 14th but whoâs got time for Insights and UAT in PILOT at the same time?!

But Friday is available at same Epicor rate⌠Is this a mistake?

Clearly, Thursday is intended for partying all night, and Friday is available for recovery purposes.

I noticed that and have scheduled to check out thurs. Was going to park my bags at Bell desk in the morning. I havenât booked flights yet so depends on when I can fly out how late Thurs I stay unless weâre doing a another EpiUsers meetup.
I like hitting the Nashville Insights. Last time, I had a new Epicor implementation that kept me from attending. This time, my daughter is getting married in Paris. I tried to get them to move the date, almost got uninvited. Sorry guys, hope to attend in 2028!

Weird. That happed last time at Gaylord IIRC. Just book the night then call. Theyâll fix the rate.

Didnât even show rooms for that day.
But if you went to the regular booking site, rooms were available.
Yeah thatâs right I had to call first and they added the night.

When I called they said Thursday wasnât included in the Epicor rate. But, they could book the same room at the normal rate under a new reservation and link the two reservations so you donât have to move rooms.

I think my booking is like that.
Sounds right. We upgrade and stay longer so calling was indeed to extend without moving rooms - so not sure about Thursday rate now that you mention it. Same for Saturday night if you want to arive for EE Sunday 8am.
