Yeah, I’m booked from Sat to checkout on Thursday morning. May adjust if work doesn’t want me to do any EE classes… or just have a party weekend.

I called, explained the situation, and now check out on Friday with the Epicor rate for Thursday.

I emailed the Insights email about Thursday not being available over the weekend. It’s showing up now as a night under the Epicor rate. The other screenshot was what I sent Epicor over the weekend. When I talked to the Gaylord yesterday it wasn’t included in the rate. Maybe Epicor helped us out… 
Guess i’ll call back and see if they’ll update my reservation now that Thursday is in the group rate.

Early bird pricing for Epicor Insights 2026 is coming to an end soon. Register by March 6 to save $200—after that date, regular pricing goes into effect.
Just giving you all an advance warning that this is coming soon.

I think I am signed up.. and I submitted a request to present on advanced programming techniques, where I would explain the guts behind the various techniques in my Dev Tools dashboard.. let’s see if Epicor lets me

Gaylord Opryland is already out of the reserved priced rooms for 5/21-5/22. You have to call them and likely pay the full price for that night if you are stating until friday.

They must have opened more up. I booked a week ago and my manager had the same issue.

I must have been lucky. They included Thursday night in my reservations back when I booked on February 11th. I double checked my reservations after seeing all of these posts and it does show me and my crew checking out on Friday. Sorry you all are having issues. Hoping it all gets resolved for you.
