Can anyone tell that bonus season is upon us???
She didn’t say it was a “good thing” @Banderson
It’s not Jose I have to schmooze anyways.
I’ve updated my profile picture. And no need to worry, I wasn’t hit with “force lightning” by a sith Lord. That’s just the results of only getting 4-5 hours of sleep each night.
That previous picture is now over 15 years old. To put it in Epicor years, we were on Vista 8.03.
Hmmm, I’m unconvinced.
New pic. Gotta start over.
Back to 8.03 with you!

Finally. You’ve only been talking about it for at least the 3 years I’ve been on here.
Looks good, man.
I feel like everyone needs to do this.
@josecgomez would be so lost. He depends on those pictures and yells at me every time I change mine.
Don’t give away my secrets, I definitely do NOT use those pictures to determine what post I engage with
life before epicor and after epicor is what you meant here.

Company you work for and what they do
I work for a company called Ice Qube. We are a near 100% engineered to order manufacturer of specialty electrical enclosures and climate control air conditioning units. We serve a broad variety of industries, but most would fall under the telecom and industrial sectors. It’s a really neat industry and not one that folks hear about very often.
What you do at your company
I am an Analyst and Project Manager Assistant alongside a small three man team. A lot of my time is focused on preparation for our Kinetic implementation, and we go live in early 2023. I handle a lot of the standard IT issues that occur throughout the day, and working on SMTP configurations and enhancing and improving our SQL database functionalities. If it’s tech related, it likely falls under my scope. I’ve only been in the industry for a short time (I’m only 28 and have never worked with an ERP prior to Epicor), and am very excited to continue learning and soak in all things Epicor here with you folks and learn from the best.
What technical level you are with regards to Epicor.
Almost a total newbie. I have been spending a large part of the past 3 months going through Epicor’s technical and reference articles, as well as building the EUP procedures for our internal users for when we go live. I’ve recently gotten a little more hands on with creating BAQ’s and BPM’s and all of the amazing functionalities they have to offer. Just trying to work hard toward becoming a SME as best I can to better serve our end users. Our company has been on the same ERP for the past 15+ years, so this is a large shift for all of us!
I’m really glad that I found this forum, and I’ve been spending a good amount of time going through all of the different topics and have learned so much just from my reading here the past day or so. It’s a pleasure to be in such a positive environment that fosters growth for all of us. I look forward to getting to know you all better, and thank you for having me!
Welcome Austin! Glad you found us!
Just beware of @klincecum if he asks you to do something, you dont have to do it.
I just realized I’ve never introduced myself in this thread… hmmmm
