IT Technician - 21.5 Yrs (My title has never changed and is basically meaningless at this point :rofl: )

SaaS Current Version - (Flex - so actually a little behind)

What technical level you are with regards to Epicor.
Ooh, that’s a hard one.
On some things I’m a novice, some things I’m an expert.

Sometimes I find that I know things I don’t think I know, and sometimes
I think I know things I do not. I’m always learning, and like it that way.

Why I’m here
I originally came here for some help, because I didn’t know jack.
I found a community that has vast knowledge, and a willingness to share it.
I like that, and I’m here to give back.

I’m standing on the shoulders of giants, maybe one day I’ll get taller.

I am located on the western side of NY state, no I don’t have anything to do with the city I am nowhere near there and don’t ever visit. It is a bigger state than most people realize, 8 hour drive to the sity from here.
I work for Takeform, an Environmental Graphic Design firm that truly makes its money from manufacturing so while we say we are a “Design” company we are really a manufacturer.
We are going all in on the SaaS so we will be on the cutting edge of Kinetic, with CPQ (formerly KBMax).
I implemented Epicor in a previous life 20+ years ago, but I have since been working in a competitors Estimating/Manufacturing software. I do have some programming background, having created all sorts of really crappy intranet based IIs hosted sites to fill in the gaps.
Happy to be here, it may take me a while before I read everyones welcomes, but glad to make myself known.
