Inventory Count - Including Job Material and Non-Nettable

Hi all,

Is there a report that can capture a specific part, all of its nettable and non-nettable bins, as well as anything that is currently in a job material?

I had a breakdown in process for a rework job, which failed to track actual movement of inventory… which then created artificial changes to demand. I ran a stock status report to include non-nettable, then manually went through all related jobs (both rework and production) to identify where material currently resided. It wasn’t excessively tedious, but it seemed like I might be missing an obvious function that would capture all of this in one report.

Appreciate the help!

Not in a single report. You can run the Stock Status Report with the option to include Non-nettable Bins. That will give you everything on hand that hasn’t been issued to a job.

Then run the WIP/Recon report, and filter on both tran type of STK-MTL, and the Jobs that are current;y open and contain that part.

Thanks, Calvin. I suspected that might be the case, but had the frail hope I could be lazy!

Appreciate the reply!
