I am trying to show comments on an invoice that wasn’t on before the invoice was printed
I have reopened the order and line and duplicated the comments but there still not showing (Invoice is currently posted and printed)
Is there a way to get them to show ?
Not after it’s posted.
Create a cancellation invoice, then make a new invoice.
A hack solution would be to re-print it to a PDF or word doc, then edit that doc to add the comments
Does posted invoice update screen allow changes to comments?
I know you add a memo and change terms.
Just an FYI
I have noticed on later versions of DMT (10.x) - you ARE able to DMT UPDATE changes to posted invoices 
using AR Invoice data sets
I haven’t had to chance to see if these exist at earlier (9.x) versions
If you have access you may wish to look and see
I was going to reluctantly suggest DMT or an Updateable Dashboard.
I think those would be okay since it’s JUST the comments that would be updated. But check with your compliance officer first.
