Invoicing in 905.702a and Avalara Tax Connect - SCR issued

SCR 124213 has been issued for this, no workaround.
Back to 905.701 for now....

I think I discovered a bug in 905.702a, Epicor is confirming it now.
When you get shipments into Invoice Entry, tax connect will not even try to apply taxes. Miscellaneous Invoice pulls in taxes fine, just shipment invoices. Tax Connect still works in Sales Order.
Has anyone else seen this in 905.702 or 905.702a?
