Issue Material Alert - 6.1

I had the same issue here. We solved it using a BAM that prints a label
when material is issued to be placed on the material. We have not yet
reached 100%, but we are well above 95% on this now.
We were about 10% on a good day.
We also have a label that prints when they log out of the job (using a
similar alert program) that prints out the total parts completed on the job,
the total scrap that has been reported on the job, and the total material
that should be left at the workstation based on the totals above. Gives an
opportunity for a quick audit.
A simple email alert if you wish to have someone keep on top of this
manually should be a fairly straight forward adaptation of the program that
I currently have.
