Might look into that…I usually just do screencaps. To their credit, they took both of our base bug complaints and converted to PRBs fairly quick. Whether they’re resolved in the next 3 weeks before go-live is subject to conjecture. The quote worksheet has a workaround of sorts - delete the line, reenter, use the print function and get correct values. The customer shipment entry one is really bad - plant/site level security is not being recognized anymore…so Site B records are loaded for users with Site A access only AND they can edit/change.
It’s the best free enhancement Epicor has released in years.
Confirmed, we can now route and email our Quote Form, Order Acknowledgement, PO Form, and AR Invoice after installing 2026.100.6 in Pilot. ![]()
Our team is happy and humbled to see you here!
Ah, yeah the Kinetic update message popup…
Fixed that for ya
Cross posting, is there anyone that can help me understand whether I can add multiple URIs?
Upgraded our PILOT to 2026.100.6 last night and it did fix a bug with the MRQ material-tags for STK-MTL tran-type.
Just got an update…PRB0317702 (quote worksheet) fixed-in-release versions have been updated to 2026.100.7, 2026.100.9, 2026.1
That’s huge
Yeah it’s a relief…now we just gotta get that Customer Shipment Entry one cleared up. Not to mention the rest of our BPMs.
Remain calm…all is well…
Hey John, so at go live what are they going to bring us up to 2026.100.7? Or do we have to apply a hot fix at go live ourselves?
Also, can we update right now to 2026.100.7 or 9 in the CMP?
I was under the impression that 2026.100.7 is the go-live version that they’ll install on 7/11 weekend…if I’m wrong then we’ve got bigger fish to fry. We aren’t working with CMP at this point so out of my depth there.
Okay cool thanks John… so we are going on trust here? I was hoping they’d release the patch to us so we could at least test it… One of our employees is going to submit a ticket. @Francis, you could talk to John about what he’s doing to re-create it and see if our user is having the same issue.
I’m riding on a lot of faith and trust right now…in Epicor and in our consultants…to safely deliver us a functional 2026.100 environment in July. I could be a fool to do so, it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve misplaced my trust.
There was an idea to add January back in. KIN-I-5525
Admin response on 8th October 2024 was:
We reached out to support earlier in the year for an update on this fix. Unfortunately the response we got was that it was working as designed:
Its going into Pilot first if you look at the cloud release schedule. Its posted on Epicweb and status.epicor.com.
Nothing about the production upgrade yet on the status page. Will they really do Pilot on Tuesday and Live on Friday?
