Location: Northeast Ohio

Job Description
The position reports to the CFO and is primarily responsible for collaborating with sales, engineering, finance and manufacturing to continually improve business processes, customize Vantage software, develop reporting, test updates, and provide training in a 30 user environment.
Candidates will have programming experience (i.e. Visual Basic, C#, .Net, JavaScript, ABL, Progress) and an understanding of the Epicor ERP at a functional level. Qualified candidates will need to have exposure to at least some of the following:
· Advanced Customizations
· BPMs
· BAQs / BAQ Reports / Dashboards
· Crystal Reports
· Advanced Excel Functionality – ODBC, Macros, Pivot Tables
Experience with mixed mode manufacturing is preferred. This position will require soft skills such as time management, multi-tasking, good communication, and organization.
