8.03.408 We are a 100% make to order machine shop and the operations department has requested that the customer's name and PO # appear on the job traveler. Using Field Explorer in Crystal, I found the JobHead.Calc_custName field and added it to the page header and the traveler prints fine. When I check the boxes for Sub-Assemblies and New Page Per Assy, the traveler prints Assembly 0 and all sub-assemblies starting on a new page.
I then added the field JobShip.Calc_PONum to the page header and the traveler will only print information for Assembly 0. Evern though the sub-assembly components for Assembly 0 are correctly listed on the traveler as they should be, the report stops after Assembly 0. It's as if the sub-assemblies don't exist.
If I then remove the field JobShip.Calc_PONum, the traveler prints assembly 0 and all sub-assemblies correctly.
Any ideas why this 1 field disables the sub-assembly details in the traveler?
