Is there a box or something I am missing - I can’t find where I would have marked these job status as “on hold”? How do I “unhold” them?
It’s a known bug. They’re not on hold. That column doesn’t mean anything.
Can you expand on that, can’t find anything on it.
The field JobHeld is responsible for this status – This is the description of the field “Indicates if the Job has been placed on “HOLD”. Currently this field is only used for display purposes. It may be used later to prevent or provide warnings and messages in appropriate areas such as Shipping, Purchasing, Labor processing, etc.”
Create an Updatable BAQ to untick the JobHeld checkbox and see if that fixes the status.
@jkane referenced a PR a few weeks ago. Been seeing this for a least a year though.

Just wanted to add a thanks to this thread. Almost lost my mind today when I found out all of the jobs uploaded for our mock go-live were inexplicably “On-Hold”.
All the things Epicor doesn’t warn you about when you upgrade could (and should) fill a book…
