With all change to .NET 6 and the new binding structure in Kinetic 2022.1 and newer, how do we go about attaching ECM in the integration section? Even on 23.1.132 I only show HTTP SOAP and HTTPS SOAP, no options for REST.
We already run a separate appserver dedicated to ECM but it isn’t clear on how to update the host/web config files for “basicHttpBinding”. I can’t seem to find the right document on epicweb covering this.
ECM switched to REST based integrations. Maybe get ahold of your CAM?
Here is what I did for 21.2. I am installing a review of 23.2 this week and hopefully the same will work.
EDIT: After installing 23.2.6 the web.config is very different, but the install guide has instructions on running WCF and there is a sql script included to make the changes needed. See KB below or the Integrations with the Kinetic Server section of the install guide.
