I use the DTL tool daily to import inventory adjustments, this morning due to the upgrade is no longer working. Of course in the past I just run the normal client and it gets updated, but the normal client is now DOA so I have to migrate to Kinetic Powertools.
I have installed Powertools, but it is not putting a shortcut on my desktop as it is stated to do
I noticed the DMT shortcut in the folder but this morning I am getting a version mismatch.
A) is the DMT updated yet to match the current version?
OR
B) Can someone point me to the primary executable for “Kinetic Powertools” so I can run it?! (I will go fishing for it)

OK small progress the config file was not in the proper folder. I may not have it fully fille dout correct of course.
I tried to run the “AutoUpdate.exe” hoping it will update the DMT tool at C:\KineticPowerTools\DMT.exe, but I first get “You are being redirected to the browser client.”, then “The system cannot find the file specified.”
You should have a start menu icon called “Kinetic Power Tools”.
The updates at present need to be installed by downloading and running the new installer for each version. Installing an updated version of Power Tools will update DMT.exe as well as the other files it needs for the other functionality.
