I am trying to make some changes in the Labor Entry but the detail is
grayed out and I am unable to make changes.

Why would I not be able to make changes to these jobs? The jobs are
still open and they dates are in this month.

Any ideas?

Have you run capture and post for the period that the labor takes place
in? If so you can not change through labor entry.
