Labor Entry Problem

Gary,

Once WIP Reconciliation has been run, Vantage has posted the costs for those
labor transactions. If it allowed you to change them, the cost changes
would never be recognized so Vantage prevents you from changing them. If
you look at more recent entries (those that have occurred since WIP Recon
has been run), I'll bet the details menu will be available.

Use the Job Adjustment module to make any needed changes. Those costs will
be recognized the next time WIP Reconciliation is run.

Hello Vantage Users,

I am trying to make a labor entry adjustment on numerous employees and
when I
pick the employee and it list the various details for a given day, Vantage
will not allow me to pick the details button to make adjustments ? The
deatils button is actual greyed out, yet it shows a listing of details for
employess on a given day. I added time to the employee on the given day
and
then delete the time and it then allows me to make an adjustment to the
details of the day. Could someone please explain to me what the correct
procedure is for labor entry adjustments.
