We would like to add a “booking number” to the Forecast Entry screen, which will then be transferred to any sales orders that fulfill that particular forecast line. We are not using EDI, so there is no demand link. From reading the help documentation, MRP looks at the forecasts and orders, and determines which orders consume the forecast quantity. It doesn’t seem like there is a way to link the two…any ideas?
Just out of curiosity, were you able to figure this out? I’d like to do something similar.
