Perhaps I missed it, but my pilot link to MES is still not working. In edge or chrome. Do we have to do anything to fix this?
Live still works thankfully.
I had to submit a ticket and like @sb_orion after some back and forth an an implemented hot fix it now working again.
Did they have to do something on your environment specifically? I assumed they would deploy a hotfix update for it as they sent out that this was a problem.
Can we do these hotfixes ourselves using CMP? Our MES isn’t loading in Pilot either.
I went to support when I noticed the PRB was marked as Completed but our MES URL was still not working. I’m thinking maybe our stuck conversion that was in the “Started” state may have contributed to the issue.
I don’t think so we were told to make a case to support to get the hotfix applied.
