Looking for CRM Consulting Help

On customer labels. We just setup BarTender and the Web Print Server.
It works really well. We designed the label in BarTender, used the ODBC
on the webserver attached to Vantage.

Used a Zebra printer on a print server.

All the user then has to do us go to their web browser point to the
page and print the label. It prompts for Customer and ShipTo.

This really solved a lot of problems for us as we print customer labels
for each box at time of shipment.

Very elegant solution too.

My company is currently running Vantage 305K and uses the CRM module
heavily. We have a LARGE customer database and are struggling to use
it more effectively. For example, the module does not have a built in
function to print a simple mail label from a customer or ship to
record. Our sales people have to manually type the address in a Dymo
label printer template and then print the label. I have been working
on a BAQ Dashboard to do this with a linked Crystal Report, but have
run into a couple of snags getting it to work properly.

Does anyone in the group use CRM with a large customer database? I
was also wondering if anyone knew of an Epicor consultant who is an
ace with CRM. We really need to get better at using the CRM module,
so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
