Managing Inventory Bins

I have parts locacted in Warehouse 1 that can be in multiple bins, but
not all the bins in Whse 1. The inventory comes and goes from
these "approved" bins, so at times these "approved" bins are empty.
Is there any way to limit the bins listed when you receipt / issue to
just these "approved" bins? The "Primary" bin works great if there is
only 1 approved bin, but is anyone else dealing with
multiple "approved" locations for a part?

Barcoding would reduce the mistakes, but we are not there yet.
