We are in a terminal services environment. When some users enter MES time entries, the labor detail record shows a system date of today, but a payroll date of tomorrow, regardless.
Not all users are seeing this happen. I’ve checked our shifts and it appears okay, but it’s quite puzzling. Epicor is yet to help us though we have an open support call.
I had an interesting issue with multi-site/multi-company. Since our server was in a different time zone and the date is effective calculated at 12am - 1 hour makes all the difference.
Thanks Chris, I forwarded your email to the IT manager. I think there’s something going on since we used a shared service but I’m not smart enough about networks to know.
