MES - clock is an hour too fast

When our employees clock in using MES, the system clock in I hour ahead. Example: Employee clocks in at 7:00 am the system records as 8:00am.

How do we reset the clock to show the server time.?

I would think it would be using the the system time on the MES workstation(s).
Are users all clocking in at the same workstation(s)? What is the Windows time being displayed on those workstations(s)?
Possible ttime is off due to daylight savings time setting in Windows?
