We ran into a situation where we used the "Minimum Cost" field for a
Subcontracted Operation in producing a quotation. We won the opportunity
and created the subsequent Order and Job. In the job a Subcontracted
Operation was pulled over during the "Get Methods" process.
Unfortunately there is no "Minimum Cost" field associated with the
Subcontracted Operation at the job level. You can go into Price Breaks
and play around with this but it is not obvious or seamless. The simple
top level minimum does not appear anywhere. Anyone have any insight on
any easy way to transmit the information on the minimum cost to the job
and subsequent PO? 12 plus years on Vantage and I can't believe this
never came up before, go figure.....
