Hello All!
I have a bit of an issue and can not find any kind of resolution and very limited information in general. Here is the issue: Our users will be on the CRM Limited license type soon and it seems like a lot of the context menus in the Opportunity/Quote Form point them to menu items that are not available. I’ve been able to go into Context Menu Maintenance and fix everything up, but there is one causing me issues that is, sadly, the one our users access the most.
The Customer Ship To field seems to use Context Menu ID “CustomContextOnly” which does not exist in the Context Menu Maintenance. I figured if I cannot edit it, I will just create my own Custom Context entry and link it to Menu IDs. Herein lies my problem, the Context option Customer Ship To Entry seems to be a sub form of the Customer form and I can not get it to it’s own Menu ID, there is no .dll anywhere.
Digging online, through the forum, and some technical guides I really can’t find any info about this form as it is so niche. I’ve tried a few things but there’s very little info anywhere as this is so niche. There was another post about a semi-similar issue and they were able to create a customization on their subform, add the original .dll to a menu id (Customer.dll in my case) and then add their subform customization and it launched them into the subform, but no luck on my end.
Any kind of help is greatly appreciated!
