How do I get the customization to be the default for this item as there is no menu entry for this item even after adding it to the Process Menu ?
If you have a customization on Order Entry, you need to name the Ship To customization exactly the same.
If you don’t have a customization on Order Entry, you need to create one with the exact same name as the Ship To customization.
Go into Process Calling Maintenance, add an entry with the details in your screenshot. Change the Menu ID to the one you want.
Example:
Customization does not appear in the list of choices in the Menu Maint.
