Thanks for the suggestion Rob. You gave me an idea on automatically running an SQL process nightly that would do the same thing and cover all previous DMRs too.

I don't have a report or dashboard, but if you don't come up with a reasonable solution that way I would do a Post Process BPM to bring the date up to the DMR header table for convenience and you could then easily incorporate that in your current report/dashboard.

Our QA department needs a report that contains all pertinent information concerning all DMRs that closed in the prior month. We already have a dashboard that shows all DMR status's including the Open date, qtys accepted and rejected, supplier, po, cost, etc., however the only place to get the closed date is from the DMRActn table based on the last action if the DMR is closed. So far I can't see a way to retrieve and add that into the dashboard.
Does anyone have a report or dashboard created that already includes the closed date?
