What about creating a user group for ABCD and another for EFGH and that way you can control action by security group.

I would also be interested in this. I have one set up, but I need mine to send an email to person A when person B, C and D add/change a customer/contact but I dont want the email to send when Person E, F, G, H add/change a customer/contact.

I also want the same to apply to the Change Log.

Any help would be appreciated.
