Sorry, I disagree with this statement - I am testing with a dummy user that has no Part Entry access, and they can still edit the fields in Time Phase.
I know it’s a tad late to bring this up, but just FYI if this was not the intent @timshuwy
Security for it is controlled on its own menu, as was discussed a year ago.
Another thing I observe is that a user with only access to site A (and no permissions to site B) can STILL edit the parameters for site B, simply by changing the site in the dropdown of Time Phase and then going to the Parameters.
I know, this would be the same for a user with Part Entry, but I mean how odd is it that a planner with no access to site B can change the planning settings for site B???
