I believe this is an app server issue. they're all busy. check you app servers and ensure they are not being used by other periodic processes (mrp is a big culprit) - worst case - increase the number of app servers

1) Process MRP: Too many MRP/Schedulers running
2) Bad BAQs
3) ODBC use (big queries or other rogue activity like updating)
4) A coincidental combination of other hefty system reports being run simultaneously
5) Table/record locking (due to system, BAQ, ODBC)
Do you see any log file errors? Look in System Monitor during the times you experience that error and see if you notice anything odd that was being run.
You can increase/add appservers in PET.

Subject: [Vantage] No servers available - Any ideas other than licensing?
Good morning,
For the past couple of days We are receiving no servers available errors more often than in the past. Does anyone have a suggestion what else we can look at? Epicor admin tools indicate we have free licenses so licensing does not seem to be the problem.
Thanks in advance,
Karen
