Off-subject - Lotus Notes

I have use Lotus Notes in the past and don't know of any problems going from
Outlook to Notes. Check with the customer to see if you have the address
right, that they aren't having problems, or they server isn't turning away
mail. Try sending a plain text message.
Hope this helps

Subject: [Vantage] off-subject - Lotus Notes

I have a customer that recently began using Lotus Notes email. Whenever I
try to send an email to him, it comes back undeliverable.

I'm not too familiar with that, nor am I aware of any other customers using
it. I'm using Outlook 2000 and according to the MS website, there may be
some compatibility issues that are causing my problem.

Figured I'd ask the experts. Anyone help me out here. 'Preciate it. TIA
