[OFF-TOPIC] Paperless

Shirley,

Thanks I did read your string. But I have some more questions. Can you
please call me? If you are busy I understand - considering they pay
you. :) Anyways, if you have time my phone number is (412) 963-7100.

I know this does not directly deal with Vantage but I need your opinion.

We are discussing going paperless. Is anyone out there paperless or
partial paperless? How do you store your Orders from customers?
Vendors Invoice? Do you scan them into electronic format? What do you
use to scan a regular scanner? Where do you save them? What structure?

My problem is we are running out of storage space and we are trying to
organize other "projects". We are not sure what is the best way to go -
paperless - more filing cabinets?

Any opinion would be greatful.

We are near paperless, and could be even more paper less except for some
managers that believe carbon stains on wood pulp are more accurate than
pixels. See my reply to Document manager pro string.
