Online help system

We are looking to provide an online help system for our customers. Epicweb call logging, except for all its weaknesses, is a model not too far off for what we are looking to provide. It doesn’t necessarily have to integrate with E10. Tools we currently have include: a WordPress based website, Salesforce, Google business, Magento e-commerce, and, E10. It would be great if we could somehow integrate to the customers online profile established with the e-commerce system. We have a few ideas, but would be interested in hearing what others are doing or would recommend.
