Good Day Jose:
Field help does not show a db file:field. That means it is a system
calculated ( or active) field, which means that the value is not 'read'
from a file, but computed on the fly.
Another example is 'Primary Supplier" if you check yes in Parts for
a Vendors screen, it does not write Y or N to the Vendor file, but
instead stores the Vendor Number in a Parts field.
There is no way to figure out its logic. You just have to know or
find it in some documentation.
Function help below might be of some help. My guess is that it
'reads' several pieces of information ( hold checkbox on order, A\R hold
settings, type of each, SO-line information, etc.) then either checks it
or not. An order can be on different types of hold for different SO
processes.
Best bet is call the Helpline, they are rather good at sending the
appropriate White-paper.
