A user received an 'Index -1' application error while working in Order Entry. Now everytime she searchs for an order, she receives the 'Index -1' error. We tried clearing client cache, personalizations, base mode, reset layouts but all of them does not resolve the issue. This is preventing the user from entering any orders or searching for orders. The user is logging in through the terminal server. Anyone encounter a similar issue and how they worked around it without having to create a new user account?
