One user blank customer search results 10.0.700.4

When that happens to us, it's normally because the user doesn't have access to the territory. Is the user an authorized user?

I have one user that all of a sudden can't access any customer records.  When he does a search from Customer Entry or Customer Tracker it is blank.  I tried changing the type, territory, include no contact and include all rows.  If he types in an existing customer number it asks if he wants to create a new customer. Same thing happens in quote search but order tracker and part tracker work fine.

Menu security is set through groups and everyone else in the group can access just fine.  I also tried removing the assigned company from his security and added it back but same results.  I removed the 1 personalization he had created.  We are single site.

Any ideas?
