Is there a creation date field available at the orderdtl?

There is a changed by date on the OrderDtl but no created date. You could see a change log for a new record on OrderDtl or create a BPM with a custom field if you want to keep track of it.

Yes, there is nothing with base Epicor for it. You will have to do some customization if you want a true createdOn date.
