OT: Microsoft Mail (Exchange) (Spam Filtering)

FYI, for anyone interested in spam filtering. Based on off-list info from Dan Tisone I ordered and installed Open Relay Filter from VamSoft. So far it is working very well and was very easy to setup. In the first 40 minutes it blocked 4 messages (probably headed for me). For $99 (plus $4.95 for a 2 year right to download upgrades) I can see already the ROI is going to be pretty nice on this. Thanks Dan for the tip.

FYI -

Exchange 2000 has a nice 3rd party product that will also use Blacklists
to screen mail, which cut our spam by 95%. The enterprise version costs
$100 for one license www.vamsoft.com
