To my knowledge the shop load report is one of the better ways to view overall resource utilization across the entire plant. This report however, isn’t the easiest to manage and the PDF view displays a mildly functional, although not very user friendly view at overall capacity. My plan was to create a macro to format the CSV output into something a bit more visually pleasing.
Before I went down this rabbit hole, I wanted to ask a few questions:

If there is a better way to report out on overall shop capacity other than Shop Load? I use the (multi) resource scheduling board, however for me it’s more helpful at a glance during scheduling, not for overall shop reporting.
