My boss has asked about printing of packing slips and labels, and how they are accomplished right now with each of the software’s/servers in play?
We are using Manifest so I would assume that currently, Packing Slips are printed by Epicor and Labels by Manifest. This correct or is the path the info travels slightly different?
I’m completely unfamiliar with using Manifest, but the “Print Packer” dialog gives you the choice to print Packing Slip, Labels or Both.
Do these Labels not meet your need?
I know how to print both, was more looking for the path it takes to print the packing slip/labels. Meaning, is both of these printed from Epicor or from Manifest or a mix?

We have a BPM setup to auto print pack slip when Pack ID is marked shipped. Shipping labels for UPS/FedEx are printed from Manifest when the pack id is freighted in Epicor. Any international documentation is printed from Manifest ->Forms -> International Paperwork.
This is a process that works for us, may not be ideal for everyone depending on size. We have 10 manifest licenses and each shipper has its own Manifest license and created all paperwork except for AES filings at their shipping station.
