If this option does not work, you may want to add a second field that auto increments if possible...Then use your new field on your packing slip report as the pack number? Make sure this is all legal etc and again try in TEST first. I do not know if this would be acceptable to auditors for example.

E9 - In Company Configuration there is Under Modules / Sales / Orders there is a Shipping Group with Starting Packing Slip. If you increase that to 500,000 it may increase the Packing Slip. I would test in a Test DB

Subject: [Vantage] Packing Slip Number Reset
Hello,
We have to change our packing slip number to start at a different number(133xxx to 500,000). It is causing confusion for one of customers.
According to Epicor support there is no way to reset the Packing Slip Number, like there is for Sales Order or Quote.
Does anyone know of an easy way to change the Packing Slip Number?
thanks,
