Passing Windows User or Epicor User to Crystal Report

are your windows usernames the same as your epicor usernames? I usually just have crystal throw the user that ran the report onto the report. But in our case our Epicor usernames and windows usernames are the same so it works out.

I can not vouch first hand for this but this thread discusses getting the user-id into a report.

[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
There a way to do this? We're printing labels and we want to track who printed the label so I can either use the current windows user logged in or even better the current user logged into Epicor.

I looked into Crystal directly and see nothing that can get me the windows user from the runtime (did find something for the full app). Also haven't found any way of auto-inserting something like the DCDUserID into the report definition.
You can pass the current user is it a BAQ report? if so just add it as a
field.

It's not a BAQ report unfortunately, it's a duplicate of the RcvLabel report. Trying to print out who printed these labels to solve discrepant counts from the person who printed it.

I can, however I can't find any way of adding a criteria that would match the current user logged in to the row of the User table, therefore I have no way of outputting the user's name or anything specific.

Did you ever find a way to get the current user name to pass to Crystal?
