I am unable to log into Epicor 10.5.2. I need help to resolve this issue. I am supposed to receive an email with a temporary password in order to reset my password. I have run into a problem whereby I am not receiving the email. I honestly don’t remember my last valid password. I have worked with my admin several times to try and resolve this issue, but we keep running into the same issue which is that I don’t get the email to allow me to reset my password.
Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
Have your admin check to be sure that the email address on your UserID in User Account Security Maintenance is correct, and then check the email log on your email server to ensure it was sent out.
Not sure if you’re on-prem or hosted (SaaS).
We’re Cloud… and we’ve had some issues lately with emails not going through because Epicor changed their IP Addresses. Our IT group had to detect the new email coming in and then whitelist the IP… then all was good.
I also know this is probably not ideal but working with you on a call they could reset your password to blank and have you just set your own password that way I believe.
Like Zachary said above if they reset to blank you can get in and change the password. I do this when people fumble their passwords more than a few times.
