We have brought some inventory tracking online and have moved open POs from the old system into the Epicor system. As a result, the system is requesting us to reduce the on order quantity because the demand does not exist until after the lead time of the component. If the PO is in the system how do we prevent the system from producing additional suggestions because it is requesting a change suggestion to reduce the current PO order quantity, only to add additional suggestions back into the system to place a PO.
This maybe somewhat confusing, but it is just aggravating and I feel like I am missing a simple setting.
