PO Mass Receipt

I have a PO that is open and approved. When I try to receive it in nothing shows up in the MASS Receipt. I can receive the lines individually. I am baffled…I am sure I am missing something simple.

Do you have any BPMs in your system? Is it only this PO?

Yes, right now this one. And not BMPs affecting it.

Any chance you have lot tracking or serial tracking on these parts? We have found inability to do MASS transactions when these are the case. Does per line receipt work?
Also, ensure your associated PO releases are open… sometimes I see lines open without release open due to someone messing around with things.

No serial tracking. I did check the releases but will double check. i would think if the release was closed it wouldn’t allow to manually receive either. I will check the lot tracking; didn’t think of that.
