PO Watchdog Report

Gary,

If you are on version 5 their is a report for this. It is under the Job
Management Reports called "Subcontract Status". This report tells you what
Subcontract operations are out there. If a PO has be generated. If so what
it is and when it was received in. This is for Open Jobs only.

Gary,

If it is actually a subcontract operation on the job when you run PO
suggestions it should be creating a suggestion. These should be easy to see
in PO entry.

Network Blitz

All,

I have been asked to write a report that shows subcontract operations for which no PO has been created. I guess we've had a couple of instances where the parts came back after the sub job was completed, and because there was no PO in the system, receiving didn't know which job the parts applied to. Does anybody have such a report? Thanks in advance.
