We're still on 5.1, and we have the same problem. As a workaround, we don't
print preview any that don't print the 1st line, and it works fine. Don't
ask me why.

I have the same problem. I thought it was the Crystal form itself. Is it
a bug?

Well the funny thing is, when I check the temporary files in the work
directory the data is there. It just doesn't print on the form. Support
sent a note saying you have to be on Crystal version 8.5.2.718 or higher, so
I updated Crystal to 8.5.2.844 still no luck.
Is is starting to effect our business, and is not a good situation.

Normally this type of behaviour happens when you have Crystal 8.5 installed on your development PC, and then try to print the form from Vantage. It is a dll issue most likely.

Try printing the Qoute form from another PC and see if you get the same results.

I don't have the details on how to fix the .dll issue, but I believe that uninstalling 8.5 alone will not work. You also have to delete the Seagate Software folder (or any Crystal folders with dll's) as well.

An alternative is to replace the dll's with other versions, but I don't have the procedure to do that.

I also had this problem on PO and SO forms. The release info wouldn't print
for any lines but the first. Vantage support had me copy the p2bxbse.dll
file from the epic52\vantage\dll folder on my Vantage server to the
Winnt\Crystal folder on my workstation. Problem went away.

My Quotation and Sales Order forms occasionally will not print line one

Coping this p2bxbse.dll seem to fix the problem. Like I wrote earlier I also
updated Crystal to 8.5.2.844, which didn't hurt either.
