Preview & Print Different

We have also experienced this with our quotes. So we ended up not
previewing them either. We're on 4.0.815

Hi Steve

We are on V4-901 and CR8 and have the same issue. This also occurred with
V4815 and CR7. Having queried this with both Epicrock and Seagate the
answer (sic) was don't preview. Hope this helps, but I guess not.

The Crystal 7 maintenance release fixed some similar problems we were
having. Have you also updated the .DLLs on your server? That's what most
users will be hooking to for the preview.

Hi all:

Just loaded V4-902 (from V3) two weekends ago, running with CR7, and after a
very brief test, have not experienced this problem. Thank God for small
favors. Asked our planner, he said everything looks to be ok, and he
previews every traveler before printing. You might want to look at the
read-me file for patch 902 and see if this was fixed-I have it here
someplace, buried under a mountain of reports I'm still trying to make
work...
