A user is getting an application error “The file exists” when print previewing all reports. What needs to be done to resolve this issue or has anyone encountered this before?
Ask them to delete every file that Windows allows them to from their %temp% folder on their workstation. Then, try to print again.
We ended up deleting the user’s local temp file location at %TEMP% to resolve the issue.
