Printing Error - Load Report Failed

We suspected this may be the problem. He is the only one in the group
still using Win2000 and is overdue for a new pc so it looks like time
to upgrade.

My boss is have trouble when printing from Vista. The first time he
prints each day everything works fine. The next time he tries to print
a report he get the following error.

"Load report failed.
Stack Trace at
CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Report
ClientDocumentWrapper.EnsureDocumentlsOpened()...."

We are using Vista 8.03.403D. He is running Win2000 professional
5.00.2195 SP4 and is the only one having this problem.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

The problem is with Windows 2000 and Crystal Reports. I am not aware of a
resolution other than upgrading to Windows XP. We had to get all of our
users off of Windows 2000 because of the same issue.
