This tip from another member worked for me. I downloaded it from the Epicor FTP site.

But if I don't print preview I get a handle error and nothing prints. I thought maybe it was a Crystal report issue but I then tried printing the standard Order Entry sales report and the same thing. I was printing to a network printer so I tried printing to a local printer and the same issue. Has anyone run across this issue yet? If so have you found a resolution?

I have been setting up new users with Windows 7. I have run into a printing issue. I can print preview a report and then print it out.

We are on 409A and have been experiencing the same issue. Not all users are affected.

Any words of wisdom out there?

John
